Magnesium Sulphate

Magnesium sulfate, or anhydrous magnesium sulfate and magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, is a magnesium-containing compound having a molecular formula of MgSO4 (or MgSO4·7H2O). Anhydrous magnesium sulfate is a commonly used chemical reagent and drying reagent.

However, magnesium sulfate is often referred to as magnesium sulfate heptahydrate because it is not easily soluble and is easier to weigh than anhydrous magnesium sulfate, facilitating quantitative control in the industry.

Product feature:

Magnesium sulfate is used in agriculture as a fertilizer because magnesium is one of the main components of chlorophyll. It is commonly used in potted plants or crops that are deficient in magnesium, such as tomatoes, potatoes, roses, and the like. Magnesium sulfate has the advantage of being more soluble than other fertilizers. Magnesium sulfate is also used as a bath salt.

Product Advantages:

1. Magnesium sulphate is a compound containing magnesium, also called Magnesium sulfate heptahydrate.

2. Magnesium sulphate is a commonly used chemical reagent and dry reagent.

3. Magnesium sulfate heptahydrate can be used as tanning, explosives, paper making, porcelain, fertilizer, etc.

4. In agriculture and horticulture, magnesium sulfate is used to improve magnesium-deficient soils (magnesium is an essential element of a chlorophyll molecule), and is most commonly used for potted plants, or magnesium-containing crops such as potatoes, roses, tomatoes, peppers and hemp. The advantage of using magnesium sulfate over other magnesium magnesium sulfate soil amendments (such as dolomitic lime) is its high solubility.

Usage:

1)Used in pharmaceutical industry and printing and dyeing industry.

2)Used as a desiccant to dry organic matter that cannot be dried with anhydrous calcium chloride.

3)Used as fodder to form bones and teeth of domestic animals and is required for normal bone development.

4)Used as fertilizer or compound fertilizer and is also the raw material for the production of magnesium oxide.
